Well Mode Privacy Policy

Well Mode ("the app") is a personal wellness app for eye comfort, relaxation, and sleep tracking. This page explains what information the app collects, why, and how you can control or delete it.

Information we collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address (via email/password sign-in or Google Sign-In) to identify your account and sync your data across devices.
• Wellness data you create. Journal entries, sleep schedule, eye exercise scores, streaks, and other in-app activity you generate are stored against your account so your progress is saved and can sync across devices.
• Purchase/subscription status. If you subscribe to Well Mode Pro, purchase and subscription status is processed through Google Play Billing and RevenueCat. We do not receive or store your payment card details.
• Analytics. We use Firebase Analytics to understand aggregate app usage (e.g. which features are used) so we can improve the app.
• Crash and diagnostic logs. We use Sentry to collect crash reports and diagnostic information when the app encounters an error, so we can fix bugs.
• Advertising data. Well Mode shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob and its partners may collect and use identifiers such as your advertising ID, IP address, and general device information to serve ads and measure their performance. See "Advertising" below for details and how to opt out.

Well Mode does not collect your device's precise location, contacts, camera, or microphone recordings, and does not sell your personal data to third parties.

Advertising

Well Mode uses Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may use your advertising ID and other technical identifiers to serve ads that are relevant to you and to measure ad performance, in accordance with Google's advertising and privacy policies.

You can limit ad personalization or opt out of interest-based ads for your device in your device's Settings (e.g. Settings > Privacy > Ads on Android, or Settings > Privacy & Security > Apple Advertising on iOS).

How your data is stored and secured

Your account and wellness data are stored using Firebase (a Google Cloud service) and transmitted using encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connections.

Data sharing

We share data only with the service providers that help us run the app (Firebase/Google Cloud for authentication and data storage, Sentry for crash diagnostics, RevenueCat and Google Play Billing for subscriptions, and Google AdMob for advertising). We do not sell your data.

Data retention and deletion

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time. See our Account & Data Deletion page for instructions.

Children's privacy

Well Mode is not directed at children and is not knowingly used to collect data from children.
