Well Mode — Request Account & Data Deletion

If you'd like your Well Mode account and associated data deleted, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to zubair520548ahm@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Well Mode account.
2. Use the subject line "Well Mode Account Deletion Request".
3. We will verify your request and delete your account within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in information (email, authentication record).
• Your wellness data: journal entries, sleep schedule, eye exercise scores and streaks, and other in-app activity tied to your account.
• Your subscription status record (though Google Play retains its own purchase history per your Google account, independent of Well Mode).

What may be retained

Aggregated, de-identified analytics and crash diagnostic logs that cannot be tied back to you may be retained for product improvement, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
